| Required Skills & Experience | - Appropriate qualifications and significant experience within the Hotel/Restaurant/Water Sports industry
- Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and evidence of "customer focus" commitment
- Detailed knowledge of watersports, National Parks and other relative external agencies legal obligations
- Knowledge of bar operations
- Knowledge of Point Of Sale Systems (Micros)
- Training in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) an advantage
- Certified Coxswain and Parasailing Ticketed (where appropriate)
