- To confirm the eligibility, Front Desk staff will request photo ID and GPT Securityholder employee ID on arrival. If you do not provide this information you will be charged the normal package rates valid during your stay.
- Arrival and departure details must be supplied no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to strict cancellation policies.
- All credit card payments incur a transaction fee of 1%. Payment can be made by EFTPOS, cash or cheque which does not attract a transaction fee
