Day 1
Your Spa experience begins with a private chauffer driven transfer from Cairns to Silky Oaks Lodge. Once you arrive at Silky Oaks Lodge you will be welcomed and shown to your private Treehouse. After you have settled into your room you will meet your Spa Therapist to discuss the treatments that you will be enjoying over the next few days. Upon your welcome to the Healing Waters Spa you will receive a special Spa gift to ensure that your spa experience begins immediately.
Your spa journey begins with a calming body treatment, our Daintree Rain. Relax as a gentle Jojoba Polish is massaged over your body to stimulate your circulation, leaving your skin feeling silky smooth. As your body is enfolded in a refining clay mask let tension subside and allow your body to be nurtured, embracing complete healing. We then invite you to enjoy a warm Vichy Shower. Your treatment will be concluded with a nourishing application of body cream containing the rich essences of Frankincense, Rosewood and Geranium, leaving the skin feeling soft and silky smooth.
Later this evening, a delicious dinner in the Treehouse Restaurant created by the team of chefs using the freshest local ingredients, completes your introduction to a truly unique holiday.
Day 2
Over a delicious tropical breakfast, savour the anticipation of the luxurious spa treatments you will enjoy today.
Today's spa indulgence begins with a Kodo massage where your therapists will use a unique massage sequence based upon traditional Aboriginal healing techniques to ease away tension and stress. Following your massage you will experience our rich Marni Yirri Facial. A deeply clarifying and refining facial to restore your skins balance. Native aromas of Lemon Myrtle, Sandalwood and Mandarin allow you to drift away as a natural clay mask replenishes depleted nutrients. You will emerge from this treatment combination with your skin toned and revitalised.
Day 3
Spend the morning exploring Silky Oaks Lodge and its surrounds by taking in the beauty of the Daintree rainforest or discovering the delights of nearby Port Douglas.
After the morning activities return to the peace of the Spa to relax with a Jinna Bubay foot indulgence and a Munka Hair treatment. The relaxation begins with a Jiga Jina aromatic foot soak followed by an invigorating Lemon Myrtle Desert Salt exfoliation. Once you feet have been polished, moisture will be restored with the application of a refreshing Pepperberry foot mask. Whilst the mask rehydrates your feet you will enjoy a Munka Hair treatment. A conditioning Quandong Hair Masque is gently massaged into the scalp, promoting relaxation and the release of any tension. As this intense conditioning treatment restores luster and shine to your hair, your neck and shoulders will be massaged to ease the mind and bring comfort to your entire body. This top to toe treatment is completed with an application of Munthari foot lotion, leaving your feet soft and revitalized.
Enjoy a leisurely dinner in the Treehouse Restaurant where walls and windows have been replaced by the surrounding rainforest. Choose from a menu prepared from the freshest local produce featuring the flavours of the tropics.
Day 4
Celebrate the spa experience together today with a light two-course Spa Cuisine Luncheon offering the best of the region's local produce, set high above the Mossman Gorge in the Jungle Perch. Whilst overlooking this sacred river you will be able to truly appreciate the philosophy of the Healing Waters Spa which is to live in harmony with the earth, tread lightly, with great respect. Here, surrounded by the ancient rainforest, you will feel a renewed serenity as you reflect on the experiences of the last few days.
Day 5
One last delicious breakfast and it's time to farewell your rainforest haven, your private chauffeured car will transfer you to Cairns where you can continue your arrangements home. It won't be long before the spirit of the rainforest calls and you succumb to the soothing natural therapies of the Healing Waters Spa Experience once again.
