New Spa Training Manager

As Australia's leading operator of spas, we have recently created the position of Spa Training Manager to ensure that we consistently exceed guests' expectations each and every time they experience our spa facilities.
Helena Keenan has been promoted to fulfil this newly created position and will be responsible for spa training across the portfolio. Helena will continue her role as Spa Manager at the multi-award winning Healing Waters Spa at Voyages Silky Oaks Lodge in conjunction with this new role.
Helena brings to this position a wealth of spa training and management experience as well as spa therapies knowledge. Prior to joining Voyages in 2004, Helena was Head of Faculty - Remedial Therapies at the Australian College of Natural Medicine in Brisbane, one of the countries leading training colleges for natural therapies and natural medicine. In addition to her strong academic background, Helena is an internationally qualified Aromatherapist and Beauty Therapist.
In the role of Spa Training Manager, Helena will be responsible for therapist training across the portfolio in all Sodashi treatments, as well as support the training of other product suppliers Elemis and La Phyto. Helena will visit each spa on average every 6-8 months as training is required and work closely with each of the Spa Managers across the portfolio to improve guest service and treatment standards. She will also ensure each of our Spa Therapists are trained to embrace our Spa Philosophy.
