Longitude 131 - Wedding Ceremony
Celebrant
Once you have confirmed your wedding date with our Wedding Department, we will then confirm a marriage celebrant who will conduct the ceremony. The marriage celebrant will discuss with you the legal procedures, as well as the ceremony content.
Flowers
Included in our packages is a bouquet made from a selection of seasonal natives which are created to perfectly blend with the beauty of your outback surroundings. Specific bouquets using non-native flowers can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Additional flowers can be arranged for your ceremony or reception, including:
- Bridesmaids bouquets
- Mens' button holes
- Corsages
- Flower girl bouquets
- Hair flowers
Cake
Included in your Wedding Package is a wedding cake for two people. There are three flavours available: Traditional (fruit), Chocolate Mud or Vanilla Sponge. For larger groups, our talented chefs can accommodate your needs and create something traditional or a modern design for your cake.
Wedding Reception Décor
Your Wedding Coordinator can tailor a reception to suit the size and style of your wedding. Reception decorations include (charges apply):
- Dinner table is set elegantly with hurricane glass candle holders and church candles
- The signing table is decorated minimally with a native arrangement
- Personalised menus
- Hurricane lanterns with white pillar candles
- Native flower centrepieces
- Personal themeing can be organised from one of our contacts
Hair & Makeup
There is no hair and makeup professional residing at Longitude 131°. Hair and makeup artists are sourced through the Salon in Town Square at Ayers Rock Resort.
Photographer & Videography
There are no photographers residing permanently at Longitude 131° or at Ayers Rock Resort. We recommend two photographers who are both based in Alice Springs. Prices for these contacts are available on request.
