Wedding Package Terms and Conditions
Wedding Packages - Terms and Conditions:
- Confirmation of accommodation must be made prior to booking Wedding Package
- Rates are valid until 31st March 2009
- Rate(s) is subject to change depending on Government taxes and/or policies
- Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and Goods and Services Tax (GST) currently 10%, included
- Rate(s) is subject to availability at time of booking
- Deposit of 20% of total wedding package cost is required within 21 days of confirmation
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival for all bookings.
- Rate(s) is valid for new bookings only, as recorded and received from 21 December 2005
- All deposits are non-refundable for cancellations between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival
- 50% payment required for cancellations between 30 & 15 days prior to arrival
- Full payment required for cancellations for 14 days and prior to arrival
