Indigenous Training & Employment
Voyages aims to grow the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce across all its properties and corporate office. We have several strategies in place to recruit, retain and develop Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees. One of the key strategies to build the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce is delivering nationally recognised and accredited industry-based training through Voyages’ National Indigenous Training Academy in partnership with two registered training organisations, William Angliss Institute, TAFE & Charles Darwin University.
