We are seeking a Fleet & Facilities Attendant to join our Team at Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre.

Embraced by one of the world's most beautiful locations, the Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is an enticing destination to introduce visitors to both the stunning natural beauty of the Daintree and the rich culture of the Kuku Yalanji people.

You will have hands-on experience in facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, and the safe operation of tools, machinery, and fleet vehicles. A strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and customer service is essential.

Key Duties

• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and functionality of buildings, outdoor areas and landscapes
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment including mowers, trimmers and pressure cleaners
•  Ensure all fleet and company vehicles are cleaned, polished and presented to a high standard
•  Identify and report damage or issues across vehicles and facilities
•  Conduct small handyman tasks as required and assist trade contractors from time to time
•  Receive, store and manage cleaning supplies, equipment and chemicals
• Provide accurate information to visitors and assist in resolving customer queries within your level of authority
