We're growing fast. Following recent acquisitions, our Resorts & Lodges division now represents $250M in revenue and approximately 1,000 people and we're looking for a commercially sharp finance leader to partner directly with our divisional MD and operational leadership team.
The Role
Based at our Sydney office, this is a high-impact finance leadership role with end-to-end P&L accountability across our Resorts & Lodges businesses, including Ayers Rock Resort, K'Gari, Monarto, Sal Salis, OST Lodges and Kakadu.
You'll report to the EGM Group Finance Operations & Performance and work closely with the MD Resorts & Lodges and business unit General Managers to drive performance, commercial outcomes and organisational efficiency across a genuinely unique portfolio.

What you'll be doing
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the Resorts & Lodges division
- Driving divisional financial performance and delivering actionable insights to operational leaders
- Leading commercial and contractual review processes, including compliance with delegated authorities
- Supporting the development of the 5 year strategic plan and financial modelling
- Leading the organisational efficiency program and capex planning
- Implementing and improving systems for efficient, scalable financial management
- Developing and mentoring your finance team across the division
- Demonstrated success in a senior finance leadership role of comparable scale and complexity
- CA/CPA qualified and relevant tertiary credentials
- Strong commercial acumen you translate financial insights into real business decisions
- Proven people leadership capability with experience building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive and operational level
- A results driven, transformation focused approach
- Collaborative style with experience in national or multi-site environments
- Partner directly with the MD Resorts & Lodges and an experienced executive team
