You will have experience in accounts payable, inventory processes, and basic administrative and financial procedures. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and confidence using accounting and Point-of-Sale systems are essential.

Key Duties

• Review, verify and process vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment
• Maintain financial records and assist with audits, month-end processes and reporting
• Receive stock into inventory and support café and retail teams with stock management
• Prepare and maintain inventory records including transfers, recharges and wastage
• Generate inventory in Purchase Plus and support stocktaking activities
• Assist departments with POS-related inventory issues and product/barcode setup
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers and internal teams
