2017 Tali Wiru Season Opens with Bush tucker Inspired Menu
Voyages Ayers Rock Resort’s exclusive evening event in the desert, Tali Wiru (meaning beautiful dune in local Pitjantjatjara) has re-opened for its 2017 season. The open air gastronomic experience offers a magical evening of fine dining on a remote sand dune overlooking Uluru and the distant domes of Kata Tjuta with this season’s menu celebrating the ancient flavours of Indigenous Australia.
Andrew Williams, Chief Executive Officer of Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, commented: “Tali Wiru is a truly unforgettable dining experience in the spiritual heart of Australia. Our new menu for 2017 has a strong sense of place, showcasing Indigenous Australian flavours, with some exciting and unusual ingredients.”
Guests enjoy Champagne and canapes at sunset accompanied by the sounds of a digeridoo, followed by a four-course table d’hote menu with perfectly matched premium Australian wines.
