We are seeking an experienced chef to work on a casual basis within our Mayi Cafe. You will be reliable, trustworthy and will know your way around a commercial kitchen.

We are seeking an experienced chef to work on a casual basis within our Mayi Cafe. You will be reliable, trustworthy and will know your way around a commercial kitchen.
Key Duties:
- Day to day food preparation, cooking and service.
- Assist the Operations Manager as requested with coordinating kitchen activities including stock control, rotation, ordering, stock taking and more.
- To complete all duties on accordance with kitchen and service standard operating procedures.

You will have:
- Experience cooking in a café environment
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery or completed Cooking Apprenticeship
- Stock take and Budgeting
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process.
