We are seeking a passionate professional strong background in Retail or Arts Management, with extensive experience in a similar position. They should also possess advanced administration management skills, including direct management experience and staff mentoring. A passion for art and knowledge of Indigenous/traditional art is highly valued, along with experience in working with and understanding the diversity of Australia's Indigenous peoples.

Key Duties
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service, including sales transactions, cash handling, applying discounts, processing returns, and responding to customer enquiries.
- Maintain GoCA store presentation and operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising displays, cleanliness, inventory support, and assistance with stocktakes and artwork shipping.
- Ensure operational accuracy and compliance, including POS accuracy, cash reconciliation, Opal audits, resident card checks, and escalation of variances or feedback to management.
