Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Gallery Retail Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara as part of the Gallery of Central Australia (GoCA), NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a passionate professional strong background in Retail or Arts Management, with extensive experience in a similar position. They should also possess advanced administration management skills, including direct management experience and staff mentoring. A passion for art and knowledge of Indigenous/traditional art is highly valued, along with experience in working with and understanding the diversity of Australia's Indigenous peoples.

Key Duties
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service, including sales transactions, cash handling, applying discounts, processing returns, and responding to customer enquiries.
- Maintain GoCA store presentation and operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising displays, cleanliness, inventory support, and assistance with stocktakes and artwork shipping.
- Ensure operational accuracy and compliance, including POS accuracy, cash reconciliation, Opal audits, resident card checks, and escalation of variances or feedback to management.
