We are seeking a Tour Coordinator to join our Touring Team at Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre.

Embraced by one of the world's most beautiful locations, the Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is an enticing destination to introduce visitors to both the stunning natural beauty of the Daintree and the rich culture of the Kuku Yalanji people.

We are seeking an energetic and customer focused Tour Coordinator to work as part of our Touring Team to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for coordinating tour bookings, preparing daily schedules, liaising with guides and operational teams, and ensuring tours run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with our Tour Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy the facilities and natural wonders while maintaining their cultural and environmental integrity.

You will have:

• Experience in a reservations, administration or tour coordination role (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and schedules
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Good oral English communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
