As a Training Manager at Ayers Rock Resort, you will live and work onsite at Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Who We're Looking For
We are in search of an experienced and qualified Training Manager to join our team and help us deliver SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality and SIT30125 Certificate III in Tourism for our National Indigenous Training Academy (NITA) program at Ayers Rock Resort. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience working with young Indigenous Australians in a complex culture setting. This role is very much hands on, where you will be required to train and assess as well as manage and support our NITA Training Team at ARR.

- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- A Certificate III or higher in Hospitality and/or Tourism
- At least 3 years of current hospitality and/or tourism industry experience and a proven understanding of working within an RTO setting.
- Proven leadership skills within a complex working environment.
- At least 5 years of teaching and management experience.
- Strong computer skills and student management system experience.
