We are seeking a self-motivated leader with strong conflict resolution skill and experience in a similar role to join our retail team. This role will see you providing quality retail service in an efficient and friendly manner, to always ensure the highest guest satisfaction, while assisting the Retail Manager in achieving sales and average guest spend budgets.

- To assist the Retail team in selling skills and merchandising, working with the Retail Manager lifting the average spend of guests and ensuring profit targets are met.
- Driving sales revenue by enhancing the average spend of guests and residents, and ensuring that profit targets are met
- Daily management of staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the business's short, medium, and long-term plans.
- Maintain IGA compliance measures, including conducting daily temperature checks and weights calibration.
