The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead and deliver learning across Ayers Rock Resort.
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role is responsible for shaping, coordinating, and embedding learning frameworks that support a large, operational workforce.
You will lead resort-wide training delivery, manage systems and external providers, and ensure learning initiatives align with business needs, compliance requirements, budget expectations, and employee development aspirations in a dynamic hospitality environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and implement the Learning & Development Strategy for Ayers Rock Resort
- Oversee delivery of internal and external training across all departments
- Own and continuously improve Ayers Rock Resort Orientation Program
- Manage the VLearn (LMS) platform, ensuring accurate records, reporting and compliance
- Partner with leaders to identify training needs and develop practical learning solutions
- Plan and manage the monthly training calendar, including logistics and coordination
- Manage external training providers and training budgets
- Lead and support the Learning & Development team
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development Manager role within hospitality or a large, complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Experience delivering training to diverse employee groups at scale
- High attention to detail with strong systems and administration skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operational environment
- A collaborative leader with a genuine passion for developing people
