Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Office Assistant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Assistant to support our Technical Services team. This role is ideal for someone with administration, data entry, and coordination skills, who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys being the backbone that keeps everything running smoothly.

Key Duties
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technical Services team, including phone calls, records, data entry, and correspondence
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, accommodation bookings, invoicing, payroll support, and vehicle compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date
  • Follow WHS policies and procedures and complete all required safety documentation and training
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Experience in administration or office support roles
  • Strong skills in data entry, invoicing, purchasing, and record management
  • Confidence managing maintenance requests, accommodation bookings, payroll support, and vehicle compliance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • A valid Open Australian Driver’s Licence (with ability to convert to NT)
This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, detail-focused, and committed to supporting operational teams in a remote resort environment, where accuracy, compliance, and teamwork are essential.
