Are you ready for a once-in-a-lifetime experience? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a People & Culture Advisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a rewarding and adventurous role. Based at Ayers Rock Resort, you’ll support People Managers across our diverse operations—from the airport and hotels to the campground and employee accommodation.
This isn’t a typical People & Culture role—you’ll live in an iconic location and help drive meaningful change. Our mission is to create jobs for local communities and grow an Indigenous workforce. Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a strong communicator, approachable and organized Human Resources professional to join the amazing Ayers Rock Resort team. You will be collaborating with our key business leaders, internal and external stakeholders to promote change and fairness across our resort.
If you thrive on building strong relationships, developing innovative solutions and providing quality strategic HR advice you will find this role highly rewarding. This is a true generalist role and with a hands on approach you will have the opportunity to guide, lead & manage the broad range of HR activities and projects. No two days are alike when working in hospitality and each day presents new opportunities to learn and grow and develop your career!

The ideal candidate is:
- Mid-level career
- HR Manager - solo in small to medium business
- HR Advisor - in a team looking to expand experience
- Solid background as a generalist
- Must be familiar with Australian Employment obligations / Understanding of EBA interpretations
- Undertakes workplace investigations
- Comfortable delivering small group training sessions in HR related areas
- Will not be required to undertake traditional recruitment - only on adhoc basis if at all.
- Understand career development, career pathing and cross skilling
