Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Rental Bonds Officer to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking community focused individual with strong administration skills and high attention to detail to join our Housing Services Team. In this role you will assist with ensuring accurate recording of property condition reports for all arriving and departing residents and carrying out routine property inspections.
This role requires a Full Australian Drivers Licence

- Maintain proper, clean and safe conditions in work areas and vehicles
- Conduct arrival and departure bond inspections for all tenant arrivals, room moves and departures
- Complete bond inspection reports in an accurate and timely manner
