- Ensure business plans and budget requirements are met in accordance with specified time frames and standard
- Liaise with other department managers to maximize resources and maintain standard operating procedures
- Contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of Ayers Rock Resort with responsibility to support, develop and retain staff
- Ensure effective staff management to meet daily operational requirements and financial budgets
- Oversee budgeting and daily cost control ensuring costs are minimized and profit generation is maximized
