We are seeking a Retail Team Leader to join our Retail Team at Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre.

Embraced by one of the world's most beautiful locations, the Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is an enticing destination to introduce visitors to both the stunning natural beauty of the Daintree and the rich culture of the Kuku Yalanji people.

As a Retail Team Leader, you will provide professional and knowledgeable customer service to guests including local knowledge and history regarding in-house products as well as the general area in an informative and engaging manner.

Key Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Lead the retail team through general supervision
• Provide training and upskilling to our team
• Art coordination and stock control

In addition, you will assist in leading the team through general daily supervision, staff training, art coordination and stock control.
