Your role will:

  • Provide daily management of staff to ensure they are aligned to the short, medium and long-range goals of the business

  • Carry out all planting, maintenance and repairs as requested by the Campground Management Team in a professional like manner
  • Alert the Campground Management Team about any areas found wanting or in which improvements can be made
  • Maintain accurate records in the Preventive Maintenance -Work Order schedule

You will have:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a landscaping environment 
  • Certificate III in Horticulture and felling chainsaw license is required
  • Full Drivers license is required

  • You role is extremely important and will see you provide management to the Stewarding team to ensure a clean, sanitary and hygienic kitchen area.
  • Not only will you be responsible for rostering of all stewarding resources, you will assist in their development and growth through on-the-job training and training methodology as guided by ARR Learning & Development team

  • Ensure best-practice application of security standards across the Voyages networks, data centres and endpoints.

As a Security Officer, you provide quality service in an efficient and friendly manner in line with Ayers Rock Resort standards; to ensure the safety of all staff, guests and residents and the security of all assets is maintained at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Duties of securing, patrolling, watching, guarding and protecting  people & infrastructure including responding to alarm call outs (Fire/Security). These tasks might be undertaken on foot or in a vehicle as directed.
  • Respond to call related to a range of issues such as (but not limited to); Noise complaints, domestic disturbance, anti-social behaviour, medical emergencies.
  • Provide access control for resort zones: controlling the movement of persons, vehicles, goods/property coming out of or going into the zones, monitoring and recording descriptions and quantities if required and ensuring appropriate identification/level of authority, are produced. Ensuring any unauthorised personnel on site are reported to management.
  • Performing the duties referred to above, the officer may be required to use electronic equipment such as hand-held scanners and simple CCTV systems.

    • Minimum Certificate II in Security & Senior First Aid Certificate (both current for minimum 6 months)
    • Ability to obtain and hold a ASIC (Aviation Security identity Card)
    • The ability to obtain and hold a Northern Territory Security Officer and Crowd Control licenses

  • Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Hold a SIT30116 Certificate III in Tourism or higher
  • Have current industry experience and skills directly relevant to the Certificate being delivered
  • High levels of understanding of the VET industry and adult, strength-based learning
  • Working rights in Australia with no restrictions and/or Australian Permanent Residency and/or Australian Citizenship.
  • NT Drivers License

You will provide quality filed operations of Waste Management Services that are carried out in effective and efficient manner, in accordance with agreed works programs, schedules, contracts and safe working practices and all environmental requirements.

As a Waste Services Officer within Ayers Rock Resort you will:

  • To provide general advice and information to service users regarding waste services and to deal with general waste service enquires
  • To understand and implement policies relating to waste management and recycling
  • To help manage effective land fill and transfer sites in accordance with relevant standards, legislation and policy
  • To ensure Occupational Health and Safety Practices in the workplace are adhered to and be proactive regarding safety issues.
  • To operate, and manage the maintenance of, a variety of heavy and light equipment and vehicles in support of the waste management facilities associated with Ayers Rock Resort.
  • To liaise with various stakeholders to achieve an organised and cohesive approach towards waste services
